You can help expand the availability of vegan food in restaurants, cafes and pubs by asking the following questions about the menus: what dishes are vegan, what could be made vegan, whether they will consider marking vegan dishes as such and, if they don't provide non-dairy milks and desserts, whether they will consider doing so.

It can be done. A few years ago you would struggle to find non-dairy alternative in cafes for tea and coffee but with the expansion of the big-name coffee shops these are often available in the most humble establishments.
